THE CHALLENGE

 

The client sought a logo that would reflect the name Horizon Sight in a meaningful and visually engaging way. The challenge was to craft a design that would communicate the company’s core values—precision, vision, and innovation—while remaining simple and adaptable across various applications.

THE SOLUTION

 

My approach to designing the brand identity was rooted in symbolism and clarity. The key elements of the primary logo were meticulously crafted to reinforce the brand’s message:

• Logo Concept & Symbolism: The first ‘O’ next to the ‘H’ represents the horizon, a nod to the company's name and the expansive perspective drones offer. The second ‘O’ signifies the rising sun, illustrating clarity, new beginnings, and vision—elements that align with the company’s aerial expertise.

• Typography & Structure: A clean and modern typeface was selected to convey professionalism and technological advancement. The structured yet slightly stylised letters enhance readability while ensuring a contemporary look.

• Submark Logo: A simplified version of the primary logo was designed for adaptability, allowing for seamless integration into merchandise, app icons, and other branding materials without losing brand recognition.

 

THE OUTCOME

 

The final logo successfully encapsulates Horizon Sight’s mission, offering a visually striking yet simple representation of its core values. The client was highly satisfied with the outcome, and the brand identity has since been effectively implemented across various digital and physical platforms.
